Shortly after finishing the Medical Office Administrative Assistant program at Charter College and becoming certified with the NHA, I was asked to interview at Confluence Health. I interviewed and received news that they wanted to offer me the job. I am the new Call Center Agent for Ophthalmology and Optometry. I have since completed my Associate Degree in Allied Health and am almost halfway done with my B.S. in Health Care Administration. I am really proud of my accomplishments and how far I have come from the beginning. I will continue with my education and get my M.B.A. after completing my B.S.
