Make a Charter College Credit Payment

You can make your payment online, by phone, by mail or by auto–debit from an account of your choice.

  • Online: Go to portal.chartercollege.edu and log in with your Student ID and Password.
    • For assistance with Student ID or password, call (844) 505-3272
       
    • ​Once you have logged in, click on the Make a Payment link on the left side under My Finances.
      • Click My Finances:
        • Account Information
        • Make an Online Paymen
        • Payment Information
  • Phone: Call (877) 556-4425 to make a payment or check status of your account
     
  • Mail: Mail payments to the address indicated on your billing statement and indicate your account # on the check
    If you would like to mail your payment and have not received your payment invoice:

  • In Person: Make your payment at the Campus

  • Autopay: To get a blank copy of the form, please call our customer service department (877) 556-4425 to request one. Once completed, the form should be submitted to Charter College Credit via DocuSign or returned to your school.
