Melissa Soderberg

Melissa Soderberg is the Chief Operations Officer at Charter College, where she has led operations across 10 ground campuses and the College’s online programs since 2022. With a strong background in admissions and operations, Melissa brings a student-first approach to managing the systems that support both our campus teams and learners. Melissa oversees campus operations, program development, and student-focused initiatives. She works closely with leadership teams to coordinate events, improve processes, and support the growth of new and existing campuses and programs. Her oversight helps ensure that each campus and online offering runs efficiently while staying aligned with Charter College’s goals for student success.

Melissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Georgia State University and an MBA from Colorado Technical University. Her educational background and academic experience give her a clear understanding of how students move through their education, allowing her to support systems that are organized, responsive, and aligned with Charter College’s goals. She utilizes this perspective to help create campus environments that are responsive, organized, and focused on results. Her leadership supports a consistent experience for students across all locations and learning formats.
