Heather Ann Allen
Director of Regulatory Affairs
Heather Ann Allen has operated as the Director of Regulatory Affairs at Charter College’s Washington campuses for more than four years. Previously a campus president and instructor, Heather has dedicated more than 13 years of service to Charter and its students. Heather oversees regulatory processes and helps ensure programs meet required standards. She works closely with campus leaders and staff to maintain compliance and keep programs aligned with state and accrediting expectations.
Heather earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Kansas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Mary’s College. In addition to her work at Charter College, she serves as a team lead evaluator and Peer Review Committee member for the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), contributing her expertise to the broader higher education community. Her work helps Charter maintain a structured learning environment where students can focus on building skills for their future careers.
