If the student has encountered any issues with the transcript request (i.e. recipient did not receive the transcript, transcript request has missing/incorrect information, issues downloading a transcript, login issues, etc.) the student can submit a support ticket to Parchment.
*Please have the Document Number or Order Number for your request available to include with the support ticket.
